  • February 2007 – Grant application for $90,000 from The FFOEF
  • Spring 2007 - Grant approval from The FFOEF with minimum $45K matching fund raising
  • Spring 2007 – Formulation of special Ad Hoc committee for study & development of plan
  • June 27th, 2007 – 1st meeting of special Ad Hoc committee - Richfield
  • July 10th, 2007 – All day Myron Orfield meeting with Ad Hoc committee – Hudson
